For over 30 years Caltrio has evolved with the changing demands of our clients. During our first decade, requirements were primarily limited to soft landscape, i.e. cutting grass, weeding, pruning, fertilizing, flowers etc. From the mid-80’s on, we identified and adopted a broader range of services. These include a construction crew, snow removal and hard surface maintenance and repair. Additionally we have an extensive list of superior sub-contractors whom we can call on at any time. This means that you as a client need only make one call and have all your grounds service requests handled competently and efficiently.

Our growth can be attributed to excellent service provided to our clients with more than adequate qualified staff and the ability of our organization to tailor services to meet site-specific needs. We have been progressive in our ideas to the point that many of them have been adopted as industry standard.
